Why Certifications Matter

Quality Management Systems and certifications, such as ISO 9001, should matter to a customer for a variety of reasons: It shows the company is serious about its processes, cares about accountability and does not shy away from continually asking itself: "How can we do better?"

Guzman Mfg is proud to have been awarded both its ISO 9001 and AS 9100 Certifications through BSI, the same company that certifies such well known companies as Lockheed-Martin. BSI is a world leader in providing independent 3rd party quality standard certifications in more than 140 countries.

In October 2009, Guzman Mfg. contracted with TMAC (Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center) in an effort to assist us in reaching our Certification goals. A great deal of effort and collaboration was put towards implementing an effective and well thought out quality management system.  Guzman Mfg is proud of its ISO certifications and takes its quality management system very seriously.  We invite your company to tour our facility at any time and observe our quality practices.
